Job summary

Northern Trust seeks a Fund Administration professional for Private Capital Administration clients. The role covers quarterly NAVs, financials, tax and audit support, and interaction with clients and auditors to ensure accurate reporting.

Hybrid work model with time split between office and home, requiring strong accounting, communication, and regulatory knowledge. CPA preferred; GAAP/IFRS familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• College/university degree required; CPA preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with PCA/private equity fund reporting is a plus.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Review quarterly fund and business entity closing summaries.
• Prepare financial statements and related reports for funds.
• Analyze financial data and support external auditors.
• Collaborate with PCA teams and clients to resolve issues.
• Identify process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
