Responsibilities

• Manage the Private Equity Accounting group(s).

• Provide leadership support within large, specialized groups.
• Serve as a multi-disciplinary expert in relevant domains.
• Drive execution of strategic directions and business function activities.
• Lead complex initiatives across multiple disciplines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee performance reviews and staff development programs.
• Set periodic goals, organize work, monitor activities, ensure timely completion.
• Support budget management processes.
