Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a Fund Administration professional to support PCA clients, delivering quarterly NAVs, financials, and annual tax/audit support. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, accuracy, and adherence to GAAP/IFRS. Hybrid work model with in-office and remote days.

The ideal candidate has a college degree, CPA preferred, and strong communication and analytical skills to liaise with clients and auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• CPA or related qualification preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP and IFRS.

Responsibilities

• Review quarterly fund and business entity closing summaries.
• Report and analyze financial data for clients and investors.
• Close quarterly books and records to generate final performance figures.
• Interact with clients and PCA teams to understand funds’ activities.
• Prepare financial statements for funds.
• Coordinate with external auditors on annual financial statements.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and automate processes.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on PCA systems and functionality.
