Responsibilities

• Prospects, builds, on-boards and maintains banking relationships with bank clients.
• Oversees account management including new account openings and follow-ups.
• Provides ongoing relationship servicing to maintain goodwill and gain more business.
• Coordinates with back office and other departments for credit issues and resolutions.
• Reviews reports and supports the Group Director in new client acquisition.
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
