• Client Management: meet with top clients to assess needs and provide tailored solutions; collaborate with product partners; ensure compliance with risk framework.
• People Management / Leadership: manage talent processes including evaluations, staff development, and compliance; support growth targets.
• Local travel to visit clients and prospects is required.
