Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a VP of Private Banking to lead client acquisition and relationship management for high-net-worth clients. You will coordinate with internal partners to tailor solutions, acting as quarterback to deliver comprehensive wealth management strategies.

The role emphasizes strong credit oversight, cross-selling across bank products, and maintaining confidentiality while guiding clients through complex financial documents and lending decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university; or five years related experience and/or training.
• National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of all appropriate regulations.
• Thorough knowledge of Wealth Management procedures, bank operations, products and services offered at the bank.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies for acquiring new Private Banking Clients through internal and external sources, organization/community involvement and market research.
• Consult with clients and prospects and utilize internal strategic partners to provide customized solutions and an exceptional level of proactive client service and responsiveness based on the unique needs and expectations of the Private Banking client.
• Act as "Quarterback" for Private Banking clients as appropriate within the bank to bring together key strategic partners with specialties in a manner that is best coordinated for the Private Banking client.
• Sell bank deposit products
• Provide mortgage and consumer credit solutions
• Cross-sell other bank products where appropriate
• Monitor the credit quality of existing clients and be proactive in the management of credit quality issues.
