Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a VP of Private Banking to lead growth and client strategies in a dynamic financial services environment. You will partner with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored wealth management solutions and superior client service.

The role involves coordinating multi-partner initiatives, maintaining credit oversight, and driving loan and deposit growth while upholding bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years related experience.
• Knowledge of Wealth Management procedures and bank operations.
• Ability to develop strategies for acquiring new Private Banking clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies for acquiring new Private Banking clients.
• Consult with clients and prospects and provide customized solutions with proactive service.
• Act as quarterback for Private Banking clients coordinating with key partners.
• Sell bank deposit products and provide mortgage/consumer credit solutions.
• Cross-sell other bank products and monitor credit quality.
• Generate loan and deposit growth per bank policy.
