Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a VP of Private Banking to lead client acquisition and delivery of sophisticated wealth management solutions. You will collaborate with internal partners to provide tailored strategies, manage key client relationships, and ensure top-tier service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university; or five years related experience and/or training.
• Strong analytical and financial skills with ability to interpret documents and financial data.
• Ability to build rapport, trust and long-term client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire Private Banking Clients from internal and external sources.
• Consult with clients and prospects to provide customized solutions and proactive service.
• Act as quarterback to coordinate with partners for the Private Banking client.
• Sell bank deposit products and provide mortgage and credit solutions.
• Cross-sell other bank products and monitor credit quality of clients.
