Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust seeks a VP of Private Banking to lead client acquisition and relationship management. You will act as quarterback, coordinating partners to deliver tailored financial solutions, including deposits, mortgages, and credit products, while driving loan and deposit growth with a high-touch client service mindset.

Role requires a strong background in Wealth Management, excellent communication, and the ability to maintain confidentiality across complex client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university; or five years related experience and/or training.
• Thorough knowledge of Wealth Management procedures, bank operations, products and services.
• Ability to analyze financial information and make recommendations, provide introduction to key financial partners.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies for acquiring new Private Banking clients through internal and external sources and market research.
• Consult with clients and prospects and utilize internal partners to provide customized solutions and proactive client service.
• Act as quarterback for Private Banking clients, coordinating with specialists to maximize service efficiency.
• Sell bank deposit products and provide mortgage and consumer credit solutions.
• Cross-sell other bank products as appropriate.
• Monitor credit quality of existing clients and manage credit quality issues proactively.
• Generate loan and deposit growth in line with bank policy and procedures.
• Understand and interpret legal documents related to client affairs; maintain confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
