Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust seeks a VP of Private Banking to lead client acquisition and relationship management in our private banking group. You will work with internal partners to deliver tailored financial solutions and ensure proactive service for high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities include coordinating with wealth partners, promoting deposits and credit products, and maintaining strong credit quality for a growing client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university; or five years related experience and/or training.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong math and problem solving skills.
• Maintain confidentiality of client transactions and financial records.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies for acquiring new Private Banking Clients through internal and external sources, organization/community involvement and market research.
• Consult with clients and prospects and utilize internal strategic partners to provide customized solutions and proactive client service.
• Act as quarterback for Private Banking clients to coordinate with key partners.
• Sell bank deposit products and provide mortgage and consumer credit solutions.
• Cross-sell other bank products where appropriate.
• Monitor the credit quality of existing clients and manage credit quality issues.
