Enterprise Bank & Trust, a growing financial services leader, seeks a VP of Private Banking to lead client acquisition and relationship management. You will coordinate with senior partners to deliver tailored wealth solutions and drive growth in deposits and loans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university; or five years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies for acquiring new Private Banking clients through internal and external sources, organization/community involvement and market research.
• Consult with clients and prospects and utilize internal strategic partners to provide customized solutions and proactive client service.
• Act as quarterback for Private Banking clients by coordinating with key partners.
• Sell bank deposit products.
• Provide mortgage and consumer credit solutions.
• Cross-sell other bank products where appropriate.
• Monitor credit quality of existing clients and manage credit quality issues.
• Own Private Banking client's personal relationships and coordinate with managers of ancillary relationships.
• Generate loan and deposit growth in accordance with bank policy.
• Interpret various legal documents related to client accounts.
