Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a VP, Private Banking to lead client relationships and strategy. You will develop and execute financial strategies to acquire private banking clients, consult with clients, and coordinate with internal partners to deliver tailored solutions.

You will act as quarterback for high-net-worth clients, cross-sell bank products, monitor credit quality, and manage relationships to drive loan and deposit growth while upholding regulatory and fiduciary standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university; or five years related experience and/or training.
Strong understanding of Wealth Management procedures and bank operations.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute client-focused financial strategies.
Proven track record in leading high-touch client service and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute financial strategies for acquiring new Private Banking clients.
Consult with clients and prospects to provide customized solutions and proactive service.
Act as quarterback for Private Banking clients, coordinating with internal partners.
Sell bank deposit products and provide mortgage and credit solutions.
Cross-sell other bank products; monitor credit quality and manage client relationships.
Generate loan and deposit growth while ensuring compliance with bank policies.
