Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a VP of Private Banking to lead client acquisition and service strategies. You will coordinate with internal partners, oversee high-net-worth relationships, and drive loan and deposit growth while managing credit quality and risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university; or five years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies for acquiring new Private Banking clients through internal and external sources.
• Consult with clients and prospects to provide customized solutions and proactive service.
• Act as quarterback to coordinate with specialists for Private Banking clients.
• Sell bank deposit products and provide mortgage and consumer credit solutions.
• Cross-sell other bank products where appropriate.
• Monitor credit quality and manage issues proactively.
• Own the Private Banking client relationships and coordinate with related managers.
