Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a VP of Private Banking to lead strategy for acquiring high-net-worth clients and delivering customized wealth management solutions. The role focuses on coordinating internal partners, managing client relationships, and driving loan and deposit growth.

You will work with bankers and specialists to provide comprehensive financial services, including mortgage and credit solutions, while upholding confidentiality and high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university or five years related experience and/or training.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze financial information and make recommendations.
• Thorough knowledge of Wealth Management procedures and bank operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies for acquiring new Private Banking Clients through internal and external sources and market research.
• Consult with clients and prospects and provide customized solutions and proactive client service.
• Act as quarterback for Private Banking clients, coordinating with partners to maximize service efficiency.
• Sell bank deposit products and provide mortgage and consumer credit solutions.
• Cross-sell other bank products where appropriate.
• Monitor credit quality of existing clients and manage credit quality issues.
