Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust seeks a VP of Private Banking to lead client acquisition and relationship management. You will coordinate with internal partners to deliver customized wealth solutions, manage credit quality, and drive growth in deposits and loans for high-net-worth clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university; or five years related experience and/or training.
• Proven ability to develop and execute financial strategies for attracting Private Banking clients.
• Strong client-service orientation with ability to coordinate with internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies for acquiring new Private Banking Clients through internal and external sources, organization/community involvement and market research.
• Consult with clients and prospects and utilize internal strategic partners to provide customized solutions and proactive client service.
• Act as “Quarterback” for Private Banking clients to coordinate with partners and maximize service efficiency.
• Sell bank deposit products and provide mortgage and consumer credit solutions.
• Cross-sell other bank products where appropriate.
• Monitor credit quality and manage issues proactively.
• Generate loan and deposit growth in line with bank policy.
