Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7–10 years banking experience; 5+ years in related Private Banking roles
• FINRA Series 7/63/66 not required unless securities activities
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strategic thinker; strong leadership; collaborative management; MS Office expertise

Aufgaben

• Guide and develop sales activities of a team of Private Bankers to achieve revenue growth and goals
• Develop sales strategies to reach revenue targets
• Collaborate with market leaders and COIs to generate leads
• Manage full‑service banking relationships with high‑net-worth clients
• Consult with prospects and clients on financial needs; recommend products; prepare loan packages; open and service accounts; cross-sell services
• Analyze financial, tax, and credit needs; monitor evolving client needs and propose solutions
• Staffing and development of Private Banking team; conduct annual reviews
• Represent the Bank and lead in community activities
• Assist with transaction/operational risk management and coordination with Credit/Operations
• Provide SME support to internal staff
• Assist with other projects as required
