NetJets Aviation, Inc. in Columbus, OH is seeking a Maintenance Operations Controller to manage unscheduled maintenance and aircraft out-of-service status.

This role acts as the primary point of contact for aircraft maintenance needs, coordinating with SOC and internal teams to ensure safe, compliant, and timely operations 24/7. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience, and should hold an FAA Airframe & Powerplant certificate or license, with strong English communication and proficiency

Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant certificate or license preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in aircraft maintenance/operations.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure maintenance down-times are safe, compliant, and timely.
• Liaise with System Operations Center to report status.
• Coordinate maintenance, tooling, and parts with providers and internal teams.
• Communicate status to all affected departments.
• Collaborate with leadership and pilots on aircraft certification and readiness.
• Track airworthiness status in real time and support deferment programs.
• Interact with pilots to evaluate and disposition aircraft faults.
