Job summary

NetJets Aviation, Inc. in Columbus invites applications for a Crew Ground Experience Coordinator. You will support the crew food program, coordinate with suppliers and crews, and analyze feedback to drive service improvements across FBOs.

Travel to field locations is occasional. The role requires a Bachelor's in Aviation or related field and 2–4 years of experience, with strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to escalate safety-sensitive issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Aviation or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in aviation or crew services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze survey results and identify trends.
• Experience supporting operations, supplier coordination, or service management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review crew feedback, identify trends, and drive improvements.
• Escalate safety-sensitive or service-degrading feedback to internal teams.
• Manage crew catering operations and logistics.
• Coordinate with FBOs, Safety, Training and operations teams.
• Travel occasionally to support crew at FBOs.
• Serve as a single point of contact for catering suppliers.
