Job summary

NetJets seeks an on-site Site Experience & Operations Manager at a major airport to ensure reliable, coordinated service for Owners. You will lead daily execution with airport stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to keep operations smooth and issues resolved before impacting the Owner experience.

You will oversee on-the-ground performance, strengthen reliability, and protect NetJets standards while partnering across Owner Services, Flight Operations, and partners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business.
• 6–8 years of experience in operations/service delivery at airports or similar environments.
• Proven ability to lead on-site teams and coordinate with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day on-site service delivery at the airport and ensure NetJets standards.
• Coordinate with airport authorities, FBOs, ground services and partners.
• Strengthen operational reliability and timely handoffs.
• Oversight of vendor performance and real-time feedback.
• Provide clear updates to internal teams on conditions and risks.
• Report site performance and identify improvement opportunities.
