Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Privacy Specialist to administer OneTrust and related privacy and compliance platforms from a home-based location. The role emphasizes governance, configuration, and improvements to privacy workflows across the organization.

The candidate will collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, Information Security, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, perform data subject rights operations, and support audits and regulatory inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise SaaS applications.
• Experience supporting privacy, legal, governance, compliance, risk management, or workflow platforms.
• Experience configuring assessments, workflows, reporting, or process automation tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary administrator for OneTrust and other privacy, legal, and compliance platforms.
• Configure and maintain workflows, assessments, forms, questionnaires, dashboards, and reports.
• Manage application upgrades, releases, testing, and change management activities.
• Administer user access, security roles, and permissions.
• Monitor platform performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
