Job summary

Acxiom seeks a Privacy Specialist to administer OneTrust and related privacy platforms from a remote/homebased setting. You will configure workflows, run assessments, and support regulatory reporting across the organization.

The role partners with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable privacy solutions, manage data subject rights, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise SaaS applications.
• Experience with privacy, legal, governance, compliance platforms.
• Ability to configure workflows, reports, and automation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer OneTrust and other privacy platforms, configurations, upgrades, and security roles.
• Develop and maintain PIAs, DPIs, DPIAs, and data subject rights workflows.
• Translate business requirements into scalable privacy workflows and reports.
• Coordinate data integrations and troubleshoot data quality issues.
• Provide end-user support and training; liaise across privacy, legal, IT, and business teams.
• Lead privacy technology initiatives and mentor junior team members.
