Acxiom is seeking a Privacy Platform Administrator to support OneTrust and other privacy, legal, compliance, and governance platforms. You will configure workflows, manage competencies, and drive data protection processes across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Information Technology, Legal Operations, Privacy, Compliance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience supporting enterprise SaaS applications.
Experience supporting privacy, legal, governance, compliance, risk management, or workflow platforms.
Experience configuring assessments, workflows, reporting, or process automation tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain workflows, assessments, forms, questionnaires, dashboards, and reports.
Administer user access, security roles, and permissions.
Monitor platform performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
Provide application support to business users and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
Lead privacy technology initiatives and act as SME for privacy applications.
