Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Privacy Specialist to administer OneTrust and other privacy, legal, and compliance platforms. The role supports PIAs/DPIAs, DSARs, vendor assessments, and governance processes, collaborating with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, IT, and business stakeholders.

The candidate will translate business requirements into scalable workflows, provide user support, and drive automation and reporting enhancements across privacy technology platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Privacy, Compliance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise SaaS applications.
• Experience configuring assessments, workflows, reporting, or process automation tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary administrator for OneTrust and other privacy platforms.
• Configure and maintain workflows, assessments, forms, dashboards, and reports.
• Manage application upgrades, releases, testing, and change management activities.
• Administer user access, security roles, and permissions, and monitor platform performance.
• Develop reports, dashboards, metrics, and analytics supporting privacy objectives.
• Lead moderate-to-high complexity privacy technology initiatives and mentor teammates.
