Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Privacy Specialist (OneTrust) to administer privacy, compliance, and legal technology platforms across the organization. The role partners with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, IT, and business stakeholders to implement regulatory requirements and optimize workflows.

The specialist will manage configurations, dashboards, and reports, support data subject rights operations, and participate in audits and governance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, IT, privacy, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise SaaS applications.
• Experience supporting privacy, legal, governance, compliance, risk management, or workflow platforms.
• Experience configuring assessments, workflows, reporting, or process automation tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary administrator for OneTrust and other privacy, legal, and compliance platforms.
• Configure and maintain workflows, assessments, forms, dashboards, and reports.
• Manage application upgrades, releases, testing, and change management activities.
• Administer user access, security roles, and permissions.
• Monitor platform performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Develop documentation and provide user guidance and training.
