Job summary

Acxiom LLC in the United States is seeking a Privacy Specialist (OneTrust) to administer and optimize privacy, compliance, and legal tech platforms across the organization. You will partner with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, IT, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable workflows and reports.

You will lead platform configurations, manage upgrades, user access, and data governance; support DPIAs, PIAs, DSARs, and vendor risk processes; and drive process improvements with analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 3+ years supporting enterprise SaaS applications.
• Experience supporting privacy, legal, governance, compliance, risk management, or workflow platforms.
• Experience configuring assessments, workflows, reporting, or process automation tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary administrator for privacy platforms (OneTrust and others).
• Configure and maintain workflows, assessments, dashboards, and reports.
• Manage application upgrades, releases, testing, and change management.
• Administer user access, security roles, and permissions.
• Develop reports and analytics to support privacy and compliance.
• Support DSARs, PIAs, DPIAs, and vendor risk processes.
