Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to support customers in the Cortland/NY area. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, install, and upgrade multifunction printers, copiers, and MPS environments while keeping critical technology running smoothly.

This role requires 3+ years in technical repair or related work, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. Earn $20.00-$23.00 per hour plus a monthly bonus and comprehensive benefits in a global

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical repair, service, installation, training, or support of copier and office equipment.
• Intermediate computer skills and strong electro-mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform frequent bending, lifting, and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and other office technology at customer locations.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, modifications, removals, and retrofits.
• Provide product training and support to customers.
• Accurately document service activities and follow safety policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance to less experienced technicians to support first-call efficiency.
