Job summary

Proven IT is seeking a Printer Service Technician to provide responsive support and maintenance for printing equipment and network connectivity. You will troubleshoot on-site, engage with customers, and coordinate with service, sales, and management to meet service goals.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, strong customer service, and accurate reporting of ticketing, parts usage, and meter readings.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and electrical aptitude required.
• Experience with maintenance and repair of office equipment preferred.
• Strong networking basics (TCP/IP).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data logging.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to service requests and maximize equipment uptime through efficient troubleshooting and repair.
• Deliver professional and accurate service to customers.
