Job summary

Riverside Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Field Service IT Technician to provide on-site support for printer systems and hardware at customer locations. You will install, repair, and diagnose equipment while maintaining excellent customer relationships and service quality.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, be able to travel as required, and pass background checks. A+ certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• On-site IT technician with a focus on printers and hardware.
• Travel may be required to customer sites.
• Must be able to lift/move equipment 50+ pounds and be physically capable of required movements.
• Must pass drug screening and background check; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical assistance for printer systems and hardware issues at customer sites.
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware at customer locations.
• Repair and diagnose printer equipment and communicate service updates clearly to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of operating standards and ensure accuracy of project documentation.
