Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete technical training at company and manufacturer facilities.
• Service printers and multifunction devices.
• Troubleshoot basic print/scan connectivity issues.
• Update machine firmware as needed.
• Assist in software installations and support.
• Dispatch and close service calls using mobile software.
• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers.
