Qualifications

• Heavy, industrial equipment maintenance experience.
• Installation/support experience onsite as field tech/engineer.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% across USA and Canada, with occasional weekend work.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and good dexterity.
• Strong electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to identify, recommend, and implement effective technical repair and maintenance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Install and service printers to the delight of customers.
• Train Vanguard customers on how to operate printers.
• Diagnose, repair and resolve issues with printers via remote or onsite service.
• Support sales activities by passing information/opportunities to Sales.
• Provide remote support for the 1-800 customer service line.
• Document service calls including materials and resolutions in Salesforce.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to direct activities that support commitments.
