The Service Technician role involves installing and servicing printers, training customers, and diagnosing issues both remotely and onsite to ensure customer delight.

The ideal candidate will have heavy industrial maintenance experience, strong mechanical and electrical skills, and willingness to travel up to 75% across the USA and Canada.

Qualifications

• Experience with heavy industrial equipment maintenance and onsite field service.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% across USA/Canada; some weekends.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license; pre-employment checks.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to document service data.

Responsibilities

• Install and service all printers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Train customers on printer operation.
• Diagnose, repair and troubleshoot printers via remote support or onsite service.
• Support sales by passing information/opportunities to Sales.
• Provide remote support for the customer service line.
• Communicate with stakeholders to coordinate activities.
• Document service calls (materials and resolutions) in Salesforce.
