Job summary

Vivid Impact in Jeffersontown, KY is seeking a Customer Success Project Manager to own and run active jobs for assigned customers, ensuring estimates, production, and billing stay on schedule. You’ll be the primary contact, blending project and account management with product knowledge to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This full-time, onsite role operates Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional remote work pre-approved.

Qualifications

• Experience in project or account management in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Proficiency with Excel and workflow tools such as Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and manage day-to-day communications.
• Create job estimates, send quotes, and provide print-ready proofs for approval.
• Oversee jobs from order entry through production and billing, including digital storefront orders.
• Maintain accurate job schedules and documentation; monitor timelines and deadlines.
• Track KPIs related to job volume, quality, billing, and revenue growth.
