Job summary

Vari is seeking a Customer Success Manager to coordinate project orders from design brief to install and closeout. You’ll partner with Sales Executives, Workspace Design, and Project Operations to ensure accurate quotes, orders, and invoicing while maintaining stock and timelines.

Ideal candidates are meticulous, systems-savvy, and proactive communicators who can own end-to-end processes, manage ERP/Salesforce tasks, and keep cross-functional teams aligned to deliver exceptional project

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects and orders in a fast-paced, project-based industry.
• Strong communication and ownership mindset.
• Proficient with Salesforce and SAP; ERP experience preferred.
• Ability to read space plans and understand contract vehicles a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the aligned Sales Executive’s internal point of contact for all project-related needs, owning end-to-end coordination of Vari’s project process with Workspace Design and Project Installation Managers.
• Support intake and prioritization of design requests to Workspace Design, own quoting for all project-related orders, and audit inventory on every project.
• Ensure payment, credit, and contractual terms are in place; distribute customer agreement documents and secure e-signature; confirm final inventory, generate orders in Salesforce, and commit stock in SAP; manage backorders and invoices.
• Request install service and hand off complete project details to Project Services; keep Sales Executive and customer informed and resolve issues promptly; review installation recaps and manage RMAs.
• Keep Salesforce Project records current, prioritize tasks and emails, and follow SOPs while building deep Salesforce and SAP knowledge.
