Job summary

Vivid Impact, located in Jeffersontown, KY, seeks an IT Project Manager to oversee development, eCommerce, and IT tickets. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and act as the main client contact, guiding projects from start to finish.

The role requires a 4-year degree or equivalent experience, strong technical and communication skills, and a passion for automation to support a fast-paced printing and marketing solutions provider.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience.
• Strong proficiency in technology, workflow automation, MS Excel, Smartsheet, etc.
• Experience with EFI Epace a plus.
• Solid and proven client success project management experience.
• Graphic communication industry experience a plus.
• Embrace automation and continuous improvement.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical and non-technical information to various audiences including management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all ongoing projects and tickets for development, eCommerce, and IT.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and day-to-day communications with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and manage expectations and updates.
• Drive process improvements and automation to increase efficiency.
• Escalate issues and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
