LockNet in Kentucky seeks a Service Project Coordinator to manage customer accounts with an emphasis on quoting, scheduling, ordering, and billing resolution. The role drives customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment across multiple teams.

You’ll coordinate with production, shipping, and field technicians, ensuring accurate pricing and timely delivery while maintaining open communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience; scheduling/construction/locks background a plus but not required.
• Strong computer proficiency across MS Office and multiple platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional and responsive.
• Excellent organization with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound judgment and the confidence to decide independently.
• Strong project-management and coordination abilities.
• Ability to research, understand, and apply regulatory codes.
• Blueprint reading experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts end-to-end: quoting, ordering, scheduling installs, resolving issues.
• Provide detailed survey instructions to field technicians and turn results into quotes.
• Input and process orders by phone and email; ensure pricing, shipping dates, and special requests are accurate.
• Coordinate with production, shipping, and warehouse to resolve delays and keep projects on track.
• Track progress with internal task management software and report status to customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with onsite technicians to deliver compliant solutions within scope and budget.
• Research hardware needs, review orders, and follow up for on-time delivery and correct installation.
• Compile reports and statistics for management as needed.
