Job summary

AlphaGraphics Weatherford is seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative to act as the main liaison between clients and our production team. This in-person role involves guiding customers from initial inquiry through final delivery in a fast-paced print and design environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service or account management, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or account / project management.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Clear, professional communication skills – written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries (phone, email, in-person).
• Assist customers with paper / sign types, binding, and finishing options.
• Prepare project estimates, ensuring accurate pricing and material availability.
• Create detailed job tickets and communicate customer deadlines.
• Review print-ready files and job specifications for accuracy.
• Relay critical information to the design and production team.
• Proactively communicate updates, potential delays, or file issues to clients.
