Job summary

AlphaGraphics Weatherford is seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative to act as the primary bridge between clients and our production team. This role is in-person, Monday–Friday, 8a–5p, with an hourly pay rate of $17.00–$23.00 and opportunities for growth within a fast-paced print environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or account / project management.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Clear, professional communication – written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with standard computer systems – macOS/Apple environment is helpful.
• General understanding of commercial print processes and/or sign production is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries (phone, email, in-person).
• Assist customers with paper / sign types, binding, and finishing options.
• Prepare project estimates, ensuring accurate pricing and material availability.
• Create detailed job tickets and communicate customer deadlines.
• Review print-ready files and job specifications for accuracy.
• Relay critical information to the design and production team.
• Proactively communicate updates, potential delays, or file issues to clients.
