AlphaGraphics Weatherford is seeking an in-demand Print Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for clients in-person, by phone, and via email. You will guide customers through paper and sign choices, prepare accurate estimates, and coordinate with design and production teams to meet deadlines.

The role emphasizes detail-oriented project management, clear communication, and the ability to juggle multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or account / project management.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Clear, professional communication skills – written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with standard computer systems – macOS / Apple environment is helpful.
• General understanding of commercial print processes and/or sign production is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries (phone, email, in-person).
• Assist customers with paper / sign types, binding, and finishing options.
• Prepare project estimates, ensuring accurate pricing and material availability.
• Create detailed job tickets and communicate customer deadlines.
• Review print-ready files and job specifications for accuracy.
• Relay critical information to the design and production team.
• Proactively communicate updates, potential delays, or file issues to clients.
