Job summary

AlphaGraphics Weatherford is seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary contact between clients and our production team. This in-person role handles inquiries, quotes, and job tickets from intake to delivery, ensuring accurate pricing and deadlines.

You will work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a focus on accuracy, clear communication, and teamwork. Prior print or sign production knowledge is a plus, and you’ll join a locally owned center

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or project management.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

is a locally owned and operated business specializing in high-quality professional print services, custom sign production, graphic design, and marketing solutions. We are currently seeking a dependable, detail-oriented CSR to join our team. If you are looking for a dynamic role where no two days are the same, this position is for you!

In this role, you will serve as the primary bridge between our clients and production team, ensuring orders move seamlessly from initial customer inquiry to final delivery. This is an in-person job; no remote applicants, please.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries (phone, email, in-person).
• Assist customers with paper / sign types, binding, and finishing options.
• Prepare project estimates, ensuring accurate pricing and material availability.
• Create detailed job tickets and communicate customer deadlines.
• Review print-ready files and job specifications for accuracy.
• Relay critical information to the design and production team.
• Proactively communicate updates, potential delays, or file issues to clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or account / project management.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Clear, professional communication skills – written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with standard computer systems – working in a macOS / Apple environment is helpful.
• General understanding of commercial print processes and/or sign production (paper stocks, sign materials, industry terminology) is a strong plus!!

This position offers standard full-time working hours from Monday – Friday, 8a – 5p.

Compensation: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
