Job summary

AlphaGraphics Weatherford is seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative to act as the primary bridge between clients and the production team. This in-person role handles inquiries, quotes, and scheduling while ensuring deadlines are met.

We value experience in customer service, strong organization, and clear communication. The position runs Monday–Friday, with an opportunity for growth and participation in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or account/project management.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Clear, professional communication skills – written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with standard computer systems – macOS experience helpful.
• General understanding of commercial print processes and/or sign production is a strong plus!!

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries (phone, email, in-person).
• Assist customers with paper / sign types, binding, and finishing options.
• Prepare project estimates, ensuring accurate pricing and material availability.
• Create detailed job tickets and communicate customer deadlines.
• Review print-ready files and job specifications for accuracy.
• Relay critical information to the design and production team.
• Proactively communicate updates, potential delays, or file issues to clients.
