AlphaGraphics Weatherford is seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative to connect clients with our production team and manage orders from inquiry to delivery. This is an in-person role with no remote applicants.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, assist with print and sign options, and prepare estimates while ensuring deadlines are met. Join a team that values accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or account / project management.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Clear, professional communication skills – written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with standard computer systems – macOS knowledge is helpful.

Customer Service Representative

AlphaGraphics Weatherford is a locally owned and operated business specializing in high-quality professional print services, custom sign production, graphic design, and marketing solutions. As a customer-focused team, we thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where every day brings fresh, creative challenges. We are currently seeking a dependable, detail-oriented CSR to join our team. If you are looking for a dynamic role where no two days are the same, this position is for you!

In this role, you will serve as the primary bridge between our clients and production team, ensuring orders move seamlessly from initial customer inquiry to final delivery. This is an in-person job; no remote applicants, please.
