Job summary

Ricoh Americas Corporation is seeking a Field Representative I, Fulfillment in Armonk, NY. You will operate high-volume printing equipment, perform binding and finishing work, and manage supplies for customer jobs.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and 2–3 years of related experience; a valid driver's license is also required. Occasional overtime and travel between customer locations may be needed.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 2-3 years of related work experience.
• Some related copy job experience in a high production environment is preferred.
• Requires valid driver’s license and minimum auto insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Operates high volume printing equipment and performs binding/finishing work.
• Sets up and runs applications on all equipment.
• Clears paper jams and informs technicians of problems.
• Performs repair service on customer copier equipment.
• Maintains records for management reports and inventories of supplies.
• Delivers completed jobs to customer locations.
• Maintains daily meter and service logs.
• May travel between customer buildings.
• Answers customer questions regarding status or feasibility of requests.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
