Job summary

Ricoh is seeking a Field Representative II, Area Customer Service to support daily operations across multiple Managed Services locations, including mail, copy, scanning, and finish work. You will assist the Site Manager/Supervisor, coordinate work, and ensure service deliverables are met across client sites in the territory.

The role requires at least 1 year in a mail room or customer service environment, with strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working in a mail room, copy centre or customer service.
• Experience operating office equipment (photocopier, scanner, printer).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site procedures, forms and logs.
• Contribute to monthly management reports.
• Order office supplies and manage mail/courier tasks.
• Assist in training and process improvements.
• Operate at multiple client locations within the territory as needed.
• Perform front desk receptionist duties and coordinate work assignments.
