Responsibilities

• Be the primary print producer as customers submit orders in-store, online, and via email.
• Operate print equipment, produce proofs, and prepare samples for consultation.
• Drive customer satisfaction by understanding needs and delivering quality service.
• Train and coach associates to support print production.
• Create and manage production workflow, set standards and processes for the team.
• Maintain machine functionality and organized work area (planograms, supplies).
• Be flexible with responsibilities as needed (e.g., stocking shelves, other duties).
