Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary print producer for in-store, online, and email orders.
• Operate print equipment, produce proofs and samples, and perform quick edits.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding needs and delivering quality.
• Train and coach associates on print production tasks.
• Create and manage production workflow and set standards.
• Maintain machine functionality and organize supplies and finished orders.
• Support additional duties as needed (cleanup, stocking).
