You will translate client requests into actionable instructions for printing technicians, track timelines, and keep clients updated with proactive communications. Strong attention to detail and clear communication are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in administrative support or account management.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internal project management software.
• Effective verbal and written communication for client interactions.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests calmly.
• Experience in print/manufacturing is a helpful bonus.
