Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Previous experience as a production coordinator or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of production processes, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project demands and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the printing & mailing process with clients and internal staff.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Maintain records of production activities, budgets, schedules, and progress via CRM.
• Assist with keeping projects on budget and processing draft invoices.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal staff daily.
