Job summary

Circle Graphics + Sensaria is seeking an Account Manager in a hybrid role to deliver outstanding customer service and manage orders from entry to shipping. You will communicate with customers and colleagues, understand job steps, and ensure smooth workflow through pre-press, print and post‑press stages.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in account management or admin, strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office plus an order management system.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ account management/general administrative experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail and urgency with deadlines.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to priorities across departments.
• Proficiency with MS Windows Office Suite and Outlook; learn company software.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive customer service and handle orders and inquiries.
• Traffic orders through the order management system and apply notes as needed.
• Develop product knowledge for out-of-home applications and artwork interpretation.
