Job summary

Prisma in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Account Manager – Inside Sales & Client Services to support customers, Sales, and Production through the order lifecycle. The role blends account management, customer service, project coordination, and inventory renewal to ensure accurate, on-time delivery.

You don't need to know everything about printing; organization, problem-solving, and follow-through matter most. Experience in inside sales or client services is a plus, and comfort with ERP/MIS systems

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, inside sales, operations, manufacturing, or print in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Able to learn ERP/MIS systems and production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders and print projects from order entry to delivery.
• Maintain accurate job information in Pace ERP with specs, schedules, and delivery requirements.
• Manage inventory replenishment and repeat orders for assigned programs.
• Review estimates, artwork, and proofs for accuracy and communicate changes.
• Monitor work in progress, address time-sensitive issues, and protect schedules.
• Communicate order status and updates with customers, Sales, and production teams.
• Collaborate with Prepress, Digital, Press, Bindery, Fulfillment, Mailing, and Shipping to move work through production.
• Submit estimate requests and assist with recurring programs and account support.
• Provide backup support to other Account Managers as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve Client Services processes using Lean Principles.
• Learn Prisma's customers and processes and take on greater ownership over time.
