Job summary

Quad is seeking a Customer Account Manager to act as the primary contact between clients and internal teams. You will coordinate with sales, operations, and production to ensure orders meet client specifications throughout the production lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 years' experience in customer service or print environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as central point of communication for client orders and manage changes in specifications, schedules, estimates, and instructions.
• Serve as liaison to facilitate clear communication between clients and internal departments throughout the order process.
• Foster and maintain client relationships to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Review order plans to identify and address obstacles to ensure successful project completion.
• Address and resolve client or production issues, escalating as necessary.
